New Hotel Construction
New construction requires a methodical and organized approach that has been designed and redesigned, the execution is critical.
Lighthouse Group will ensure a successful completion through communication, mitigating risks, and transparency to all stakeholders.
As your Project Manager, we will follow your designed scope of work, monitor schedules for risk, construction partnership, vendor relationships, pre-opening documentation/management and brand, FF&E installation, punch work, OS&E installation oversight, turnover to the operational team, and post follow-up/warranty oversight.

A Full Renovation - Complete Summer of 2020
A 92-room hotel, wellness brand hotel created by IHG. Each room has in-room fitness zones, and on demand fitness videos. The hotel features an oversized Athletic Studio and a nutritional forward restaurant, Cork & Kale.
Banyon Holdings LLC
Lighthouse Group was hired to PM and support Paul Miles Architect/PM LLC, to complete the renovation of the EVEN Hotels. Manage the IHG Critical Path, Owner Construction Punch, FF&E and OS&E Install and Punch, IT Projects, and Restaurant FF&E and OS&E. Lighthouse Group partnered closely with Property team, Ownership and Construction.
Lighthouse Group brought in additional support to provide engineering departmental support through the renovation.
